You cant get to the top of the ladder before stepping on the first rung, what I am trying to say is that even if you are qualified get your foot in the door for your chosen job instead of wanting to start at the top.  The global jobs market is a highly competitive hence humility might come in handy in terms of getting through the door.

Graduates consider doing work placement than getting a PhD and hoping to come in as a CEO, the chap who has 10years experience is has a better chance than you.  But dont despair the developing world in the global job market still values qualification, so you have a better chance in the developing world where your Masters or PhD will at least get you into middle management.

This is where ejobsglobally can help….
